Site Design

The site makes extensive use of a technology called 'cascading style sheets' to format the way in which the text on the pages is displayed. This technology is supported by all recent web browsers, and if you are not using one of the more recent web browsers, you should seriously consider upgrading to the latest verisons of either Firefox or Internet Explorer. These are available as free downloads from the links in this paragraph, or to save your on-line time, they are available on most computer magazine cover disks. These browsers offer a stable, (reasonably) reliable and most importantly, secure platform with which to browse the web We have tried to avoid the use of unnecessary graphics in order to keep the download times reasonable. The textual content of the site should display correctly in any web browser, including high accessibilty text only browsers such as lynx, but of course, some of the colours and formatting may be lost.
